Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Galician- and Spanish-speaking Customer Support Experts for a global streaming platform. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling account management, billing enquiries, technical issues and product questions.

The position is remote from mainland Portugal, 40 hours per week on a 24/7 rotating schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in Castilian Spanish.
• Full professional fluency in Galician.
• English at B1 level or higher.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support.
• Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features.
• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting quality and performance standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout every customer interaction.
