CloserHire is partnering with a leading international entertainment and streaming platform to recruit Spanish and Galician-speaking Customer Support Experts for a remote role in mainland Portugal.

This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift plus a lunch break, on a 24/7 rotating schedule, and an initial 2-week training delivered in English, covering systems, products, services, and customer management.
