CloserHire is partnering with a leading international entertainment and streaming platform to recruit Spanish and Catalan-speaking Customer Support Experts. The role is remote from mainland Portugal with occasional attendance at a Lisbon hub for training or setup.

You will handle account management, billing enquiries, and technical issues, delivering empathetic support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Castilian Spanish and Catalan at professional level.
• English at least level B1.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support.
• Assist customers with account management and billing enquiries.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Provide accurate information about streaming products, services, and features.
• Identify customer needs and resolve enquiries promptly.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
• Communicate clearly throughout every customer interaction.
• Work in a multicultural and collaborative team environment.
• Participate in a 24/7 rotating schedule including nights and weekends.
