Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B customer support for global brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software questions, and order processing through phone and email.

The role requires native-level Portuguese, B2 English for training and knowledge base access, and strong written communication. Remote work is available within Greece with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Native-level Portuguese required.
• English proficiency at B2 for training and internal comms.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and technical problems.
• Process and manage orders.
