WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order management via phone and email.

The role requires native Portuguese and B2 English, with strong written communication and CRM proficiency. Remote work within Greece is offered, plus a relocation package including flight ticket, hotel, airport pickup, and real estate coverage.

Qualifications

• Native-level Portuguese proficiency (C1 or above).
• B2 English proficiency for training and internal comms.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and comfort with digital tools.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
