Job summary

WW Talents seeks a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software-related inquiries, and consumable orders through phone and email.

Native-level Portuguese with B2 English, strong written communication, and independence in a remote setup in Greece are required. A relocation package and a performance bonus await the right candidate, with structured onboarding and development

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders.
