WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will handle printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, technical issues, and order processing via phone and email.

Requirements include native Portuguese or C1, and English B2 for training and internal comms. You will document interactions using CRM and ticketing systems, delivering professional, solution-oriented service from a remote Greece location.
