Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order processing via phone and email.

The role requires native Portuguese proficiency and at least B2 English. Remote work is in Greece with a relocation package and structured onboarding. Expect 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Native-level Portuguese.
• English proficiency at B2 required for training and internal communication.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical issues.
• Process and manage orders.
• Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems.
