WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. This remote role is based in Greece with relocation support offered.

You will handle printer and software-related inquiries, process orders, and document interactions using CRM and ticketing systems. Strong Portuguese and good English are required, with a focus on professional communication and independence in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
