WW Talents is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B customer support for global brands. You will handle printer software inquiries, technical issues, and order processing via phone and email.

Work remotely within Greece with a 5-day week, including occasional weekends. A relocation package is offered to support the transition, and a 14-month pay structure is used. Strong Portuguese and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with B2B customer support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
