Job summary

WW Talents seeks a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. You will assist business customers with printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order management via phone and email.

Remote work from Greece, with a 5-day workweek and occasional weekends. Relocation support is included, and strong Portuguese & English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Customer-focused, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders
• Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
• Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
