Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a customer support specialist to assist viewers in Italian and English via phone, chat and email. You will be the first point of contact, acting as a brand ambassador while resolving account, application and technical inquiries.

The role requires EU work authorization, fluency in Italian and English (C1+), and strong customer service and troubleshooting skills. You must reside within 50 km of the Lisbon office.

Qualificações

• EU work authorization is required.
• Fluency in Italian and English at C1+ level.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Technical troubleshooting for software issues.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot network settings.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers
