Cross Border Talents is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support specialist to assist Italian and English-speaking viewers. You will handle phone, chat and email inquiries, guide users through account and application processes, and troubleshoot software-related issues.

Based in a role that requires EU work authorization and residence within 50 km of Lisbon, you will deliver excellent service, document cases, and support network and configuration settings as needed.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian and English (C1+ level) required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Technical troubleshooting skills for software-related issues.
• Ability to support system configurations and network settings.
• EU Work Authorization required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers.
• Provide support via phone, chat and email.
• Assist customers with account and application inquiries.
• Provide support regarding software functionality.
• Troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries.
