Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support specialist for a fully remote position based in Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, logging details in CRM and supporting inbound sales.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, managing post-sales issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Requirements include fluency in Italian (C1/C2) and English at B2, with prior customer support experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian (C1/C2) written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience in customer support preferred.
• Relocation package with flight reimbursement and Lisbon apartment.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers via phone, email and chat and log details in the CRM.
• Provide timely responses and resolutions within SLA; support inbound sales.
• Strive for high Customer Satisfaction through proactive updates on status and resolution.
• Deliver post-sales support including delivery, warranties and refunds.
• Assist with inbound sales and promotions to boost revenue while ensuring customer happiness.
• Meet quarterly sales goals while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Log and track orders and requests in the CRM per client policies.
