Cross Border Talents, an international team, is seeking a customer experience specialist to assist viewers in Italian and English across phone, chat, and email. You will act as brand ambassador, handling account, application, and technical inquiries with a focus on service quality.

The role requires EU work authorization, strong communication, and technical troubleshooting skills, with a preference for candidates living within 50 km of Lisbon. Remote work model and onboarding will be provided.

Qualificações

• EU work authorization is required.
• Fluent Italian and English (C1+ level).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Technical troubleshooting and software support ability.
• Must reside within 50 km of Lisbon office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide account and application-related support.
• Troubleshoot software, system configurations, and network settings.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and cases.
• Deliver accurate, timely resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
