Cross Border Talents is hiring for a multilingual Customer Support Specialist to engage viewers in Italian and English across phone, chat, and email channels. You will act as brand ambassador, helping with account, application, and technical issues while ensuring a high standard of service.

You will work from a hybrid model near Lisbon, with remote work options and a comprehensive training program. Eligible candidates should be fluent in Italian and English (C1+), possess strong customer service

Qualificações

• EU Work Authorization required
• Fluent Italian and English (C1+ level)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to support software-related issues
• Ability to support system configurations and network settings
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
• Must reside within a 50 km radius of the Lisbon office

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with account and application-related inquiries
• Provide support regarding software functionality and troubleshoot configurations
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
• Strive for timely resolutions and high levels of customer satisfaction
