Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer support specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. You will assist viewers in Italian and English via phone, chat, and email, resolving account, application, and technical issues.

You will work in a remote-friendly model, with training and career growth opportunities, and you will be based within 50 km of Lisbon to support on-site needs.

Qualificações

• EU Work Authorization required
• Fluent Italian and English (C1+ level)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to support software-related issues
• Ability to support system configurations and network settings
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people
• Must reside within a 50 km radius of the Lisbon office

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers
• Provide support via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with account and application-related inquiries
