Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist for an international, remote role based in Portugal. You will support customers in Italian and English, resolve inquiries, and contribute to a standout customer experience.

This position offers relocation assistance and a flexible schedule from 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends off. Relocation and accommodation support may be provided to eligible candidates moving to Portugal.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian language skills.
• Good level of English.
• Experience in contact centre or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work remotely from Portugal.
