Role emphasizes empathetic communication, technical guidance, and careful data handling. Full-time, fully remote in Portugal, with 14-pay cycle and meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (written and spoken) required, with strong English training support.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails and chat for diabetes care products.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for medical devices and software.
• Maintain customer records, process orders, and manage data under GDPR.
• Collaborate with QA, shift supervisors, and medical coordinators to improve service metrics.
• Communicate with empathy and discretion in sensitive health-related conversations.
