Ignite is seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to provide remote healthcare support from Portugal. You will assist patients, caregivers, and professionals with diabetes care devices, CGM tech, and related products.

The role emphasizes clear technical guidance, human empathy, and consistent service delivery. A fully remote setup in Portugal with a stable schedule and detailed onboarding is provided.

Qualificações

• Native or professional fluent command of German (written and spoken).
• Minimum B2-level English for internal training systems and corporate communication.
• Strong interpersonal communication and empathy essential.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound patient and customer care via calls, email, and chat.
• Guide users through setup, configuration, and daily operation of medical hardware/software.
• Maintain records, process re-orders, and handle logistics inquiries with GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with QA, supervisors, and medical coordinators to improve service metrics.
• Communicate empathetically in sensitive health-related conversations.
