Ignite in Portugal is seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to support patients and customers using diabetes care devices. This remote role requires residency in Portugal and offers a fully provided home setup.

You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat, with 8-hour shifts across a 24/7 rotative schedule, and a monthly base salary of EUR 1,100 gross, paid 14 times per year, plus a meal subsidy of EUR 7.63 per working day.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in German (written and spoken).
• English at least B2 level for internal communication and training.
• Experience in customer support or healthcare support is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, professional assistance to customers and patients regarding diabetes care devices, supplies, and services via inbound channels (calls, emails, chat).
• Guide users through product setup, troubleshoot technical issues with medical hardware/software, and explain usage instructions clearly.
• Update customer profiles, manage product re-orders, process service requests, and maintain records in compliance with medical data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with team leaders, QA specialists, and healthcare coordinators to ensure service delivery standards and regulatory compliance.
• Handle sensitive health inquiries with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
