Eco Plus Solutions AB is seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our remote team in Portugal. You will be the primary contact for patients and customers using diabetes care devices, providing accurate support and guidance from home.

Working remotely across Portugal, you will handle inbound inquiries in German and internal communications in English, with full equipment provided and a paid onboarding. The role offers a stable, long-term career path in a multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent German (written and spoken) and English at least B2.
• Reside in Portugal and authorized to work (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Comfort navigating multiple software systems and CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient and customer support via calls, emails, and chat regarding diabetes care devices.
• Guide users through product setup and troubleshoot equipment.
• Manage customer profiles and orders with accurate records and privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with team leaders and healthcare coordinators to meet service standards.
• Handle sensitive health inquiries with discretion and empathy.
