Ignite. seeks a fluent German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our remote Portugal team. You will be the primary contact for patients using diabetes care devices, providing clear guidance via calls, chat, and email.

The role offers a base salary of EUR 1,100 gross per month, paid 14 times a year, with a daily meal allowance of EUR 7.63. Work is 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, with 24/7 rotative shifts, and equipment is fully provided.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency (native or fluent) required.
• English at least B2 level for internal communication.
• Residence and work authorization in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, professional handling of diabetes care device inquiries via calls, email, and chat.
• Guide users through product setup and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Update customer profiles and manage product re-orders with accurate records.
• Collaborate with team leaders and healthcare coordinators to ensure compliance.
• Handle sensitive health-related inquiries with discretion and empathy.
