Eco Plus Solutions AB in Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support patients and customers using diabetes care devices and related healthcare services. This remote role offers a fully provided setup and an opportunity to work from home across Portugal.

You will handle inbound inquiries, guide users through product setup, manage profiles and service requests, and collaborate with QA and coordinators to ensure compliant service delivery.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (written and spoken).
• English proficiency at least B2 for internal communication and systems navigation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, professional assistance to customers and patients regarding diabetes care devices and related services via calls, emails, and chat.
• Guide users step-by-step through product setup and troubleshoot technical issues with medical hardware and software.
