You will handle inbound inquiries, perform basic troubleshooting of devices, maintain customer records, and ensure compliance with privacy rules and internal quality standards.

Qualificações

• Professional fluency in German (C1/native).
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Legal residency and physical presence in Portugal.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with clients to guide diabetes care technology and therapeutic supplies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain customer accounts.
