Ignite is seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our remote healthcare support team in Portugal. You will assist patients, caregivers, and medical staff with diabetes management devices, offering both technical guidance and empathetic support.

Requirements include native or fluent German and at least B2 English, plus residency in Portugal. The role is fully remote, 8h shifts, 5 days a week; equipment is provided and onboarding is fully paid.

Qualificações

• German language fluency (native or professional).
• English proficiency at least B2 for training and corporate communication.
• Strong interpersonal communication, empathy, and resilience.

Responsabilidades

• Inbound patient and customer care via voice calls, emails, and live chat.
• Provide technical guidance and device troubleshooting for diabetes care tools.
• Update CRM records, handle re-orders and logistics inquiries, maintain data privacy.
• Collaborate with QA analysts, shift supervisors, and medical coordinators to improve service delivery.
• Communicate with empathy, maintain discretion in sensitive health conversations.
