Ignite is seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join a remote Portugal team, supporting diabetes care devices and related services. You will be the main contact for patients and customers, delivering empathetic assistance via calls, email, and chat.

Requirements include native-level German, English at least B2, and residency in Portugal. The role offers a fully remote setup with 5-day weeks and 8-hour shifts on a 24/7 rotative schedule.

Qualifications

• German fluent (native) required for customer interaction.
• English at least B2 level for internal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use CRM systems and remote collaboration tools.
• Proven experience working in a remote setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support to patients and customers.
