Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a German Customer Support Agent for a fully remote role based in Portugal. You will assist customers via phone, chat and email, resolving inquiries about automotive and digital products to ensure a superior customer experience.

Requirements include native German or C1, English at least B2, excellent communication and documentation skills. The position offers a monthly gross salary of €1,055 paid over 14 months, plus a daily food allowance and relocation support in

Working schedule
