Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international automotive-focused team. This fully remote role is based in Portugal and requires native German or C1 plus English at B2, with a 14-month salary paid at €1,055 per month.

You will handle inquiries via phone, chat and email, troubleshoot issues, and document interactions in CRM while helping customers navigate automotive and digital products. Relocation support is available in selected cases.

Working schedule

• Monday to Sunday, following the German schedule.
