Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team. The role is fully remote from Portugal and focuses on assisting customers with automotive and digital products via phone, chat and email. Fluent German and English (B2) are required.

You will document interactions in CRM systems and work to maintain high customer satisfaction. The position offers €1,055 gross per month paid over 14 months, plus a daily food allowance and possible relocation

Working schedule

• Monday to Sunday, following the German schedule.
