Lingo-nova in Portugal offers a 100% remote German & English Customer Support Specialist role working from home. You will support German-speaking customers across Europe via phone, email and chat, delivering high-touch service in a fast-paced digital environment.

The position is full-time with rotational 24/7 shifts, requiring native or fluent German and strong English, a valid tax ID in Portugal, reliable internet, and the ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English.

• Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.

Gross Salary: €1,055 Gross / month (x14 months)
