Hiring İnternational is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, fully remote team in Portugal. The role supports customers in French and English, troubleshoots issues, and ensures high-quality service from home with occasional Porto visits.

The position requires native-level French, English at B2, basic SQL, and prior tech support experience. Strong communication and independence are essential for success in a remote environment.

Qualificações

• Native-level or C2 French proficiency.
• English level of B2 or higher.
• Basic SQL knowledge is required.
• Experience in technical customer support or IT support is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support in French via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Investigate and document technical incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
• Use internal systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure excellent service.
• Follow established support procedures and quality standards.
