Hiring İnternational is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, international team in Portugal. The role is fully remote, open to candidates in Porto or Lisbon, with a Porto office visit once every three months.

You will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through professional communication. English proficiency and basic SQL knowledge are required.

Qualificações

• Native-level or C2 French required.
• English B2+ level required.
• Basic SQL knowledge required.
• Experience in technical customer support/IT helpdesk is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support in French via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Investigate and document technical incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when required.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
• Use internal systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Follow established support procedures and quality standards.
