Hiring International seeks a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join its international team in Portugal. You will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality experience through professional communication.

This fully remote role is open to Porto or Lisbon-based candidates, with Porto office visits once every three months. Fluency in French at native/C2 and English at least B2 is required, as is basic SQL knowledge.

Qualificações

• Native-level or C2 French language required.
• English B2 level or higher.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Experience in technical customer support or IT helpdesk is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support in French via phone, email, chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear solutions.
• Document incidents and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure service quality.
