Hiring İnternational is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a fully remote team based in Portugal. The role supports customers in French with English backup, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting incidents.
Candidates must be comfortable working remotely from Portugal, with Porto or Lisbon-based office visits every three months. The position offers a fully remote setup from Portugal, competitive pay with a performance bonus, and access to equipment
Qualificações
- Native-level French (C2) or equivalent
- English at B2 or higher
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience in technical customer support or IT support is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical customer support in French via phone, email, chat, or other channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Investigate and document technical incidents
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and steps
- Use internal systems to identify and resolve issues
- Collaborate with international teams for quality service
- Follow established support procedures and standards
