Hiring İnternational is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join an international and fast-paced team in Portugal.

You will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective communication. This fully remote role is open to candidates based in Porto or Lisbon, with Porto visits once every three months.

Qualificações

• Native-level or C2 French.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in technical customer support, IT support, helpdesk, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with technical systems and digital tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Portugal, preferably Porto or Lisbon area.
• Willingness to visit the Porto office every 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support in French via phone, email, chat or other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Investigate and document technical incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
• Use internal systems and databases to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Follow established technical support procedures and quality standards.
