Hiring International is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced team in Portugal. The role is fully remote, with Porto or Lisbon bases, and quarterly Porto office visits.

You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality customer experiences through professional communication. Requirements include native C2 French, English B2+, and basic SQL knowledge.

Qualificações

• Native-level or C2 French.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is required.
• Experience in technical customer support or IT support is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support in French via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions.
• Investigate and document technical incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
• Use internal systems and databases to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure excellent service.
• Follow established technical support procedures and quality standards.
