Work Monday to Friday with quarterly Porto office visits. The role focuses on accurate case documentation, high-quality support, and collaboration with internal teams to improve service, all while maintaining a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• French: Fluent / Native (C1–C2).
• English: B1–B2 level.
• Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks, troubleshooting mindset).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely with digital tools.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle technical and data-related inquiries, including basic SQL checks.
• Investigate issues, provide clear explanations, and ensure fast resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and internal teams to improve service quality.
• Document cases accurately and meet quality & performance KPIs.
