Hiring İnternational in Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-paced international team. You will provide technical assistance to customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through clear communication.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates in Porto or Lisbon, with quarterly Porto office visits. Fluency in French and English, basic SQL, and strong problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Native-level or C2 French
• English at B2 level or higher
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Previous experience in technical customer support, IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical customer support in French via phone, email, chat, or other support channels
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate solutions
• Investigate and document technical incidents
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps
• Use internal systems and databases to identify and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Follow established technical support procedures and quality standards
