FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician for a fully remote role based in Porto, Portugal. The position involves Level 3 technical support across phone, email, and chat, with quarterly office attendance and a 12-month contract.

Start dates are 17 August or 14 September, and the package includes a monthly gross salary plus daily meal allowance, health insurance, and paid training.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.
