CB Talents is seeking a Level 3 Technical Support Specialist to join its French-speaking support team. You will handle escalated issues for a financial software platform, providing expert analysis via phone, chat, and email while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This remote role in Portugal includes a quarterly office visit near Porto/Vila Nova de Gaia, a paid onboarding, and a structured training program. Fluency in French and English, plus MySQL/Postman/Slack experience, are valued.

Qualifications

• Languages: Native or near-native level in French with English B2 proficiency.
• Technical Experience: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with software/IT applications.
• Database & Tool Familiarity: Knowledge or experience with MySQL, Postman, Slack, and MS Office.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Excellent verbal and written communication with service orientation.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Team player, flexible, able to manage complex tickets.

Responsibilities

• Handle 3rd-line technical support inquiries and complex issues via inbound calls and live chat.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of application errors, software bugs, and technical anomalies.
• Check and verify client information in the database to ensure data accuracy.
• Propose actionable ideas and improvements to leadership based on incidents.
