FH Collective - Academy in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join our international support team for a fintech cloud solutions provider.

You will handle Level 3 technical issues across phone, email, and chat, investigate complex incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while working remotely with quarterly office attendance in Porto.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (minimum B2) required.
• Experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.
