Job summary

AVEC Human Resources Services seeks a French‑speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to support users of a financial platform. The role combines remote work in Portugal with quarterly on‑site visits to Porto. You will handle requests, provide third‑line assistance, troubleshoot, and ensure data integrity.

The Training period lasts 12 working days, with English delivery and a weekly net training pay. The employment contract is initially 12 months post training, with potential extension and permanent

Qualifications

• French C2 is mandatory
• English B2 is mandatory
• Based in Portugal
• Knowledge of MySQL required
• Experience with Postman preferred
• Familiar with Slack and MS Office tools
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ability to manage support tickets efficiently
• Teamwork and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support requests from users via phone, email, or chat
• Provide third‑line technical assistance for software applications
• Analyze issues, errors, and data inconsistencies
• Support users in resolving technical problems related to specific applications
• Follow established protocols and ensure accurate use of tools
• Verify customer data in the database to prevent errors
• Suggest improvements based on recurring incidents
• Participate in training and continuous development activities
• Perform additional tasks related to the support function
