Job summary

FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician for a fully remote role based in Porto, Portugal. You will handle Level 3 technical issues across phone, email, and chat for a French fintech client, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate records.

Requirements include fluent French and good English, plus experience in technical support and familiarity with MS Office, MySQL, Slack, and Postman.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English (minimum B2)
• Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and experience with MySQL, Slack, and Postman

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions
