FH Collective Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join an international tech team. The role is fully remote, based in Porto, Portugal, with quarterly in-person office attendance.

The successful candidate will handle Level 3 technical issues and ensure a seamless customer experience for a fintech product. Key requirements include fluent French and strong English, experience in technical support, and proficiency with MS Office, MySQL, Slack, and Postman.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) and good English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Proven experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
• Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.
