FH Collective - Academy is seeking a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician to join our remote Porto-based team. You will handle Level 3 technical support via phone, email and chat, troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
This role requires strong MS Office skills and familiarity with MySQL, Slack and Postman, plus fluent French and good English.
Qualificações
- Fluent French (C1/C2) with minimum B2 English.
- Experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, IT Support, or Application Support.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with MySQL, Slack, and Postman.
Responsabilidades
- Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents escalated from lower support levels.
- Identify root causes for application-related issues and assist users with software troubleshooting.
- Follow established support workflows and maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
- Identify recurring incidents and suggest process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and participate in ongoing training sessions.
