FH Collective - Academy is hiring a French-speaking Helpdesk Support Technician for a fully remote role based in Porto, Portugal. Office visits are required only quarterly, with start dates on 17 August or 14 September.

You will handle advanced technical issues, troubleshoot inquiries across multiple channels, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience in a fintech cloud environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent French (C1/C2) required, strong English (B2) level recommended.
• Experience in Technical Support or Helpdesk preferred.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with good communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex technical incidents.
• Identify root causes and assist users with software troubleshooting.
• Follow established workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in ongoing training.
