Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a Level 3 Technical Support Specialist to service French-speaking business clients from Portugal. You will address escalated issues, analyze errors, and help shape system improvements while supporting via calls, chat and email.

The role requires native-level French and English (B2+), plus experience with MySQL, Postman, Slack and MS Office. Remote work with quarterly Porto-area visits is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent French (native/C2) + English (B2+)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with software/IT apps
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle 3rd-line technical support inquiries via phone, chat and email.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of application errors and software bugs.
• Check and verify client information in the database to ensure data accuracy.
• Propose actionable improvements to leadership based on incidents.
• Guide end-users through complex features within performance guidelines.
• Attend company trainings to continuously upgrade skills
