Job summary

Hartmann Recruitment is hiring a fully remote Dutch-speaking customer support specialist. You will handle the customer journey from order issue to resolution, across phone, email, and chat, while ensuring compliance with PCI and GDPR and meeting internal KPI targets.

You’ll work 40 hours per week, from home, supporting mainland Portugal. Prior SAP/back-office exposure is a plus, and English communication is used for internal training and coordination.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch required (or near-native).
• English at B2 level (training and internal communication in English).
• Experience with back-office tools or SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email and chat.
• Manage returns, refunds and payment transactions.
• Investigate delivery issues and coordinate with carriers.
• Review orders and handle business-related requests.
• Work with financial institutions and internal teams when needed.
• Apply PCI and GDPR standards when handling data.
• Use internal Knowledge Base to identify complex cases and escalate.
