Job summary

Kats Recruitment is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a fully remote position based in mainland Portugal, supporting customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, manage accounts and orders, and resolve common issues from your home office.

Qualified candidates are fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+) with strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Native Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2+) for systems navigation.
• Strong communication, listening and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM databases and multi-channel support.
• Remote work readiness with quiet home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide Dutch customer support via phone, email and live messaging.
• Assist customers with account settings, orders, product details, billing and returns.
• Diagnose issues and resolve common problems for first-contact resolution.
• Log all interactions in the CRM with accurate notes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support when needed.
• Participate in virtual team huddles and ongoing training.
